In short: use the service properly, don't do anything illegal,
testnet tokens have no value. Everything else is below.

Note: This text is a structural draft. Before publication it must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional in the jurisdiction applicable to Savitri Network.
01 — Acceptance
By using savitrinetwork.com, Savitri clients (installer, mobile app, Docker images), or public RPC endpoints, you accept these terms.
If you disagree, do not use the service. Registration is not required to browse the site, but some features (newsletter, ambassador program) require additional data.
02 — Service Description
Savitri Network provides:
- Access to an informational website (savitrinetwork.com)
- Open source software to operate nodes on the Savitri network (testnet)
- Public RPC endpoints on the testnet network
- A weekly newsletter (opt-in)
- An Ambassador program (opt-in)
The service is in TESTNET phase — it is subject to outages, changes, and potential network resets without notice.
03 — Acceptable Use
You may:
- Use the site to learn about the project
- Download and use the node client software
- Operate nodes on the testnet network
- Submit transactions on the testnet network
- Build applications on Savitri testnet
- Fork open source code in compliance with the license (MIT + Apache 2.0)
- Contribute to the code via pull request
- Report vulnerabilities via responsible disclosure
04 — Unacceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the network for illegal activities
- Attempt to attack, compromise, or destabilize the network
- Launch DoS or DDoS attacks
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Represent testnet tokens as having economic value
- Make false representations about Savitri Network in commercial contexts
- Use the Savitri name or brand without written authorization
- Automated scraping of the site for commercial purposes
Serious violations (network attacks, fraud) will be reported to the relevant authorities.
05 — Testnet — Important Disclaimer
READ THIS CAREFULLY
Savitri Network is currently in TESTNET.
This means:
- The network can be reset at any time without notice
- SAVI testnet tokens have no economic value
- Testnet tokens are not transferable outside the testnet network
- Testnet network data may be deleted
- The software may contain bugs that cause local data loss
Do not transfer real funds to the testnet network.
Do not buy testnet tokens from third parties — they are worthless and anyone selling them is scamming you.
Savitri Network is not responsible for losses arising from use of the testnet beyond the testing purposes for which it is designed.
06 — Tokens and Value
SAVI testnet tokens
- Have no economic value
- Cannot be redeemed for currency
- Do not represent a claim on real assets
- Are not securities or financial instruments
SAVI mainnet tokens (when mainnet goes live)
- Their value will be determined by the market
- Are not guaranteed by Savitri Network
- Their use and tax implications depend on the user's jurisdiction of residence

All rights reserved. You may not use the brand without written authorization for commercial products, marketing campaigns, or official representations.

08 — Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is" — without warranties of any kind.
Savitri Network is not responsible for:
- Loss of tokens or data caused by bugs in the software
- Loss of node access due to user hardware issues
- Service outages due to maintenance or external attacks
- Financial decisions made based on information from the site
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months (which, as the software is free, is zero).
09 — Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify important changes via:
- Banner on the site with 30 days notice
- Newsletter (if you are subscribed)
- Post on the official blog
Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
